 The
Beaty's were born and raised in Lafayette, Georgia. In 1985
David and Linda moved to Tennessee where they have two sons,
Davy and Shannon.
For 10 years, David Beaty
played in a band called Boys at Heart, where they opened for
top acts such as George Strait, The Judds, Hank Williams Jr,
The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Merle Haggard, and Loretta Lynn.
It was only 13 years ago,
in 1992, when David began singing gospel music. His
inspiration was found in a time of tragedy. The loss of his
19 year old daughter, Kristy.
The Beaty's will continue
to follow their gospel music wherever the Lord leads them.
David Beaty's debut CD is
entitled "He Touched Me" and his newest project, "I've Enjoyed the Journey",
(with the nationally released single "Dancing With
Angels"), is now available!
